Still active, lot of bugs fixed

Don't worry, we are still active! In the last few days we fixed some bugs in the installer and of course in the SMS Gateway itself. We gained experience under productive conditons in the last days and took the chance to optimise some procedures. The prototype is ready because Markus found an important information we (Bernhard and I) forgot to mention. The Multitech Multimodem must have the PPP dialout setting disabled or the telnet connection will be instable. Together we are now ready to use Martins code in production.
